Abstract Congenital ectopic junctional tachycardia is a type of rare supraventricular tachycardia, most often in children younger than 6 months characteristically incessant, which has high mortality if adequate treatment is not established. We present a case of an infant having an electrocardiogram with all the characteristics of an ectopic junctional tachycardia, becoming the first case report is presented in Bolivia.
