Endometriosis is an estrogen-depending gynecological pathology, (characterized by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity). It is estimated that 5 to 10 % of female population have the patology. The case of a 30 years old woman is reported with fertility expectations, before the study of case, she presented a current condition with a year of development, characterized by dysmenorrhea with concomitant hypermenorrhoea. She was diagnosed with ovarian endometrioma through a laparoscopy followed by a histological study of the lesion. While the intervention, the endometrioma is drained, an oophorectomy and a right salpingectomy are performed. Then, she is treated with agonists analogous of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH), and 8 months after having finished the treatment the patient was in state of pregnancy. 7 years passed from the first intervention performed, the patient presents again endometrioma in the left ovary. The cyst is drained and the oophorectomy is performed. Now, the patient is treated with agonists analogous of the GnRH and progestogen contraceptives orally. Currently asymptomatic.
