The case of a male patient with a history of drug dependency to different substances is presented. Symptoms of 3 months duration with increased volume in left breast, accompanied by pain, dyspnea, fatigue, weakness, decreased appetite, weight loss, nonproductive cough, heat rises and sweating. Physical examination of irregular entry 6 cm mass in the left breast region, no axillary or systemic lymphadenopathy. Facts ipsilateral pleural effusion. Complementary tests confirm the tumor in the left mammary gland commitment pectoral muscles, 5th rib invasion pleural space with the presence of massive ipsilateral pleural effusion. The pathology concludes Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Diffuse large B primary mammary gland cells. The evolution was torpid with fatal outcome. The case is presented by the low frequency of occurrence, with aggressive characteristics. According to reviews, the first reported case in Bolivia.
