ABSTRACT The NHL is the sixth of cáncer death in the world. Occasionally, the disease begins elsewhere and not in the lymph nodes, such as bones, a lung, breast, gastrointestinal tract or skin. In these circumstances, pa-tients may have symptoms associated with that place, such as bone pain, cough, chest pain, abdominal pain, rash or bumps on the skin. For a man of 17 years, drug addicts, with box 3 months' duration, characterized by pain associated type pungitivo dyspnea, fatigue, weakness, decreased appetite, pro-gressive weight loss, nonproductive cough is described, also highlights the presence of a palpable mass in left breast hard. The chest radiograph radiopaque opacity covering the entire left hemithorax displacing the medi-astinum to the contralateral side was found. In contrast CT thorax presence of left tumor mass was found with infiltration into skele-tal parts. Pathological examination of breast tissue is compatible with non-Hodgkin lvmDhoma diffuse laree B cell
