ABSTRACT Story of a case of NHL, probably due to the immune compromised status of the patient, it"s about a male patient of 31 years oíd, he has the background pathological of be HIV(+) since 2004, has initiated clinical picture in 2009, characterized by fever, chills and sweating, as well as growth of lymph nodes in the neck, which were performed by the respective studies and lymph node biopsy in 2010 was diagnosed with NHL that begins chemotherapy (CHOP). In December 2010 the patient has a relapse, presenting the same condition it was decided by admission, assessment of the stadium to begin a new treatment. The history case is struck by the weight loss of 25 kgs. In the last year the persistent fever > 38 ° C and profuse sweating, which coincide with B symptoms of Ann Arbor system, typical of patients with NHL.
