ABSTRACT It is about a female patient of 12 years oíd who has been underwent a surgery type Salter in order to treat a left hip dysplasia three years ago, after this time, physiotherapysessions did not work beeause the absense of the knee voluntary movement. The final consequence was the fibrosis ofthe mentioned joint, at the same time of remove the osteosynthesis material, it was produced a fracture ofthe left distal fémur and it was decided not remove the surgery material. The final diagnostic was disuse osteopenia and now is to be treated by early mobilization and alendronate.
