Acetabular and pelvis fractures are produced by mechanisms of high energy, mainly automobile accidents and falls of height, producing injuries that put in risk the life; urologic complications and inferior abdomen can be associated. Patients and methods. - The presentation is about two patients who suffered accidents of high impact, in the clinical case Nº1 according to evaluation the patient presented left fracture of apofisis.transversa of L2, toracoabdominal subcutaneous emphysema and neumoperitoneum. X rays show fracture of 8th rib, pubic diastases - sacrum iliac subluxation. For its treatment were used the hammock that was effective, according to later evaluations, it could be observed reduction and fixation of the fracture. In the clinical case Nº2 the patient presented left sacrum iliac diastases and alteration of the psoasiliac muscle, fracture in both iliopubic branches, also it was observed solution of continuity in isquiopubic branches. In addition the patient presented left palpebral-eyeglass trauma and slight ECT. For its treatment, due to the complexity of the pelvic fracture, it was used external tutors, which displayed favorable evolution. CONCLUSION: The fracture of pelvis, as it is observed in the literature, is due to the increased use of automobiles, in addition the injuries of pelvis are produced by mechanisms of high energy like fractures in opened book, closed book or multifractures in pelvic ring. Stable fractures of pelvis are dealt with specific not invasive methods as the hammock. The use of external tutors is an effective method for those fractures that are unstable; it had extreme well-taken care of because these are prone to infection.
