We present a  clinical case of a 52 years old  male, miner,  victim of a traumatic and compressive industrial accident , who had  injury in his right leg, developing crush syndrome and acute renal failure, considering that the attention was not immediately for the hard access to a third level center of health, there for his transfer pass over five days, passing by different care centers until arrive to “Hospital Obrero Nª1” where he was treated with surgical cleanings, antibiotics and dialysis that is why actually he has a positive evolution until his nephrology discharge, he is continuing with orthopedic surgery cares
