The following case treats itself about a 18-year-old patient of age that come to the service of Surgery Plastic and Burned of the Hospital of Clinics of the city of La Paz after having suffered electrical burn of the second degree in previous thorax and burns of the third degree in top members with a corporal affected surface of 25 %. On the second day of internment the patient began to have increases of the arterial pressure with peaks in hours of evening and might by wich the inter consultation is decided with the service of cardiology wich gives the impression it diagnoses of hypertension severe crisis of essential type. After 17 days in wich presents arterial hypertension, the pressure was becoming stable in the following two days up to the normal parameters for what one gave the diagnosis of pseudo hypertensive secondary crisis to electrical severe trauma
