During the screening with southern blot for Tal 1 deletion, 633 patient presented a band of 5.5 kb, differently to described by previous studies. 3’ RACE was identified two new sequences joined to exon  1b of the Sil gene: 633 gene isoform A and 633 isoform B, both genes were amplified from a Library-cDNA. L-DNA-PCR and Nested L-DNA-PCR, was determined the new break point and the new deletion Sil-633. The location of the 633 gene was determined on the locus 1p32.
