ABSTRACT It's about a case of a 13 year-old mate patient with the diagnosis of persistent cervical adenopathy, that after several complementarial exams; a lot of differential diagnoses are taken, the same that are commented and analyzed based in the literature; concluding that every adenopathy should be, mainly, taken to a open biopsy for a definitive and truly diagnosis
