ABSTRACT Introduction: The quest of the study was to determinate the alterations there is in the foot throw a podografic study in 1° - 5° primary grade children of "Bautista Saavedra" school of La Paz city Methodology: Is an descriptive, transversal cross study. Were studied 375 students where the podographic study was applicated to each one of them. Results:Of 375 students who applicated the podographic study, 72 has alterations on the foot, that represents 19%, the alteration found in the study were: bilateral foot table 66%, bilateral foot curve 11%, right feet table 6%, left feet table 11% and right feet curve 6%. The most frecuent ages are: 25% 9 years old child, 19% 7 years old child and 18% 5 years old child. Talking about de alterations of foot for sex, 50% are representing by female and 50% are male. Conclusions: Of total students who made podografhic study 19% have alterations in the foot, that represent one number very significant. Were found the follow alterations: bilateral foot table, bilateral foot curve, right and left table feet; and right curve feet; being the mostfrecuent bilateral table foot. Child of 9 years old present the biggest incedency og alteration in the foot and does not exist differences between female or male, the relation is 1:1
