The article, reference is made to the Sábato triangle and its adaptation to current times where the scope of research for innovation and technological development becomes global and is managed by the CPIDT university postgraduate centers, which become promoters of innovation and technological development projects, coordinating activities of the triple helix or Sábato triangle: which includes for this purpose the academy (universities), the industry (productive structure) and the state administration (national and local forms of government) with openness towards the globalization and internalization of research
