Abstract

The study analyzes horizontal displacements recorded between 2011 and 2023 at four continuously operating GNSS stations (BLPZ, CMBM, IACR and SCRZ) of the SIRGAS-CON reference frame in Bolivia and Chile, on weekly position data, processed using the IGS20 reference system SIRGAS-Repro2 campaign. The results show a significant displacement that occurred at the IACR station (Arica) in 2014, coinciding with the Iquique earthquake, which shows the influence of seismic events on the geodynamic changes of the tectonic plates of the sectors under observation.
