ABSTRACT Established as an object of study: the normal operation of heat transfer equipment with a change of state of the water (liquid-steam), caused by the passage of the combustion gases of a fuel inside a series of tubes (pyrotubular boilers). Faced with the presence of (FELMCPT) (ELMFCFT electromechanical failures in the normal operation of fire tube cauldrons. 14 signals that can cause (FELMCPT) were identified and based on these, establish the corresponding solution actions. In addition to presenting safety regulations that predispose the personnel in charge of pyrotubular boiler operation to continuously comply with them, as part of the advantages of developing a preventive maintenance program for this type of industrial equipment.
