Abstract
CHOQUE FLORES, Valerio. INFLUENCE OF (pH) ON THE ADSORPTION PROCESS OF Pb2+ IN ZEOLITE TYPE MATERIALS. Rev. Tecnológica [online]. 2022, vol.18, n.24, pp. 10-13. ISSN 1729-7532.
ABSTRACT In this experimental work, the Pb adsorption process in synthetic and natural zeolite-type materials and the influence of pH during the process were studied. The zeolites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The adsorption of Pb2+ in the zeolites was analyzed with a Perkin Elmer Analysis 2000 equipment, determining the adsorption capacity in the synthetic zeolite of (0.0363g Pb2+.g zeolite-1) and in the natural one (0.051 g Pb2+.g zeolite-1). With the Make Equilibrium Diagrams Using Sophisticated Algorithms (MEDUSA) software, the diagram for the formation of Pb2+ species as a function of pH was constructed.
