ORDONEZ NUNEZ, Juan Carlos y BALBOA LAURA, Milenka Hilda. Innovation and its impact on productive enterprises. Rev. Tecnológica [online]. 2018, vol.14, n.20, pp. 24-27. ISSN 1729-7532.
The innovation is currently considered as a precise complement to the development of economic factors such as work and capital through enterprises that work in an emerging knowledge society, where knowledge as a human intellectual resource and its dissemination through means of ICT, has become a generator of ideas, and on which innovation is based for improvements in the different fields (product, process, etc.). Establishing definitions about innovation is important, but it is of greater significance to know its structure of operation and its relation to the objectives and results of productive enterprises. Under this perspective, this article briefly describes the conceptual situation of innovation, its structure of operation and its impact on productive enterprises of different sizes (SMEs), considering economic, production, social and educational aspects for this purpose.
