ALAVE ALAVI, Edwin Jesús. Risk based maintenance (RBM), case:: (MHC) Micro hydroelectric plant. Rev. Tecnológica [online]. 2018, vol.14, n.20, pp. 17-19. ISSN 1729-7532.
Abstract The conceptual treatment of risk, as support for risk management within an MBR Risk-Based Maintenance Plan, leading to the prevention of failures in the MCH Micro Central Hydroelectric in question, has served to examine the four subsystems of the MCH, establishing that the components of the Pelton hydroelectric turbine correspond to the subsystem that mainly contributes to the global risk of the MCH. In addition, the development of risk matrices allowed the relative ordering of critical risks considered inadmissible, especially turbine vibrations, thyristor failures, burnt secondary load resistance, coupling misalignment, among others.
