Summary Delimited to the work surface (terrain of 13 vertices Achachicala area) and made the topographic and geodesic survey. It applied the georeferencing methods: Combined Factor FC, Local Topographic Map LTM-PTL and Geodesy Geométrica Tradicional GG for its conversion to the system (Universal Transversal Mercator) UTM, and the physical representation (field work and cabinet) in the topographic urbans plans, cadastre municipio de La Paz. The comparative results show that the adoption of the UTM coordinate system, in the urban cadastre for the physical representation (topographic map), is not adequate due to the type of information that does not reflect the reality where: superficially for every 100 m2 there is a difference of 0,19989 m2, and linearly for each 1000 m, there is a difference of 0,9978 m, compared to reality - projection.
