The article summarizes the diagnosis made through 380 surveys, technical and aeronautical heads and senior officers of the FAB. The results of the survey, identify weaknesses in personnel training. Proposing from this limitation, a set of measures intended to optimize the level of expertise in technical maintenance for aircraft carrying the FAB, incorporating concepts and practices Centered Maintenance Reliability CMR along with techniques Predictive Control and Control Total Quality.
