The clinical presentation of the present surgery is to show that when a knee with an increase in volume presents itself through chronic evolution, other pathologies should be suspected that are not necessarily the most obvious although statistically they are the most frequent. Once the diagnosis is done, the treatment should be surgical without leaving synovial remains, because this itself will provoke damage in the future because of tisular inflitration of the cartilage in the knee. Progress is very good for both the painful discomfort as well as for the articular injury
