The author reflects about actual context ofthe Latin-American cities and the detachment between poor and richpeople based on the possibility of social inclusion that they have. Over this reality, she proposes a new social tie, that addresses economical aspects but is also closely related with social aspects; in order to obtain a type of integration in which aperson could be included effectively to the society and thus, become apart ofit.
