The industryofhouse buildinghas become one ofthe economical areas thatfeedthenationaleconomy becausethisindustryoffersseveraljobsthatdonotneedahighlevelofspecializationfromtheworkers. In this context, much ofthe workers are immigrants who arrived to the outskirts ofthe city, with an aymara identity. From this context, the construction ofsocio-professional identities crossed-cut by gender andethnicalsense ofbelongings are the central elements ofthese research, being the groups thatare insertedintoworkingurban context are in general, aymara immigrants from the rural areas.
