    The hierarchic relations inside the business organizations can be established by what Bourdieu defined as symbolic domination. It is known that the French author applied this theory in several social fields, such as education, art or even gender relations. This article tries to deepen the application of this theory in the entrepreneurial field, analyzing ethnographic case studies and proposing some possibilities of its research. Starting from a description of the importance of the profession within the contemporary society, it analyses the dynamics of power that are interlaced within the company structures
