ABSTRACT:                 At present, one of the problems within tempered environments is the fact of taking advantage of the space for it; Faced with this problem, the present work entitled: Evaluation of different planting frameworks in two varieties of spinach (Spinacea oleracea L.) at the Cota Cota Experimental Center, carriedout in a tempered environment, belongingtothe Facultyof Agronomy, University Campus from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés; where the development of two varieties of spinach under different plantation frameworks was evaluated, in addition to determining the yield and carrying out an economic analysis of the production. Taking place in a greenhouse with a usable area of 31.32 m2. The two varieties used (Fifth and Viroflay) were evaluated; achieving the following treatments distributed in a completely randomized design with bifactorial arrangement, of 6 treatments and four repetitions. The transplant method used was in rows with a specific planting frame (20 cm x 30 cm, 20 cm x 20 cm and 20 cm x 10 cm), for both varieties. Thus, the following response variables were also considered: germination percentage, days to emergence, plant height, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, days to harvest, biomass yield and economic analysis. Of the results achieved, in the agronomic variables evaluated, they did not show statistical significance in the leaf width variable; In relation to the weight of the biomass yield variable, we have that the T6of the Viroflay variety at a plantation frame of 20 cm x 10 cm, presented an average weight of 675.45 g. Regardingthe economic analysis ofthe experiment, we have that T6of the Viroflay variety ata plantation frame of 20 cm x 10 cm is one ofthe treatments with the highest benefit/cost value equal to Bs. 1.10.-, of which we can establish that it generates benefits and therefore for each Bolivian invested there is a minimum profit.
