ABSTRACT: In a globalized world, countries must establish commerce strategies for agricultural products, in the means of guaranteeing economical resources to their population. Experience developed by Bolivia in this ambit isn't very advantageous, due to the quality, quantity and diversity of products offered to external markets. Even if it is to say that its geopolitical situation is an interesting advantage to articulate the different economical blocks of the region, this isn't taken advantage of on its magnitude, showing too little incidence on the movement of economical resources that are a product of foreign trade.
