SUCOJAYO CHOQUE, Edil; TARQUI DELGADO, Marcelo; BOSQUE SANCHEZ, Hugo D.  and  MURILLO OPORTO, Willams Alex. Production of strawberry plant (Fragaria sp.), with the application of natural rooter, in cutting, under protected ambient. Apthapi [online]. 2021, vol.7, n.2, pp. 2119-2133. ISSN 0102-0304.

ABSTRACT: Strawberry production (Fragaria sp.), In Bolivia covers areas with variable agroclimatic conditions, in the inter-Andean areas it is carried out in protected environments, due to its demand it is important to have a seedling replacement program, renewing the plantations every year, to maintain and increasethe level of production and thus also profitability. The method of propagation ofthe strawberry is vegetative and one ofthe techniques is through the division of cuttings. On the other hand, several experiments have been carried out to replace synthetic rooting phytohormones with organic and natural products, obtaining good results. In the present study, the production of seedlings of two varieties of strawberry was evaluated, with the application of three natural rooters, in crown division cuttings, under a protected environment; wherethe variables under study differed significantly, the treatment with coconut "water", followed by the extracts of willow and aloe, being superior to the control. Regarding the varieties, no differences were found in the study variables.
