ABSTRACT: This article addresses the alternative tool for planning and decision-making in public policies and decision-making at the municipal level, to generate greater development and potentialization in agroecosystems through the Framework for the Evaluation of Natural Resource Management Systems Incorporating Sustainability Indicators (MESMIS).
