ABSTRACT: Agrarian organizations and representations on the latest decades transcend from local scopes and regions to the world, interpellating and generating debates over problems related to the access to land and territory, active participation of the genders on the decision making process, free market of products and food sovereignty. By the characteristics and differences between the people who are represented, this kind of organizations are plural, a product of the social, territorial, ideological and historical context of the countries in which they were originated.
