    Abstract

    ABSTRACT: The implementation of agrarian reforms related to the access and distribution of land in Bolivia, promoted a reconfiguration of social actors around the land. Government institutions supported by their international peers, began the processes of distribution and land reclamation with light and shadow. Once the administrative process related to sanitation has been completed, the community-based social organizations have pending the management of their territories, which take into account the social dynamics of their inhabitants, the processes of autonomy of the peoples and future strategies.
