Evaluation of the uniformity of application according to the hydraulic behavior in the irrigation by aspersión used to the crop of potato (Solanum tuberosum) in the Experimental Station of Cota Cota.. ABSTRACT: In the present study, the evaluation of the sprinkler irrigation system was carried out in the plot of plant physiology at the Cota Cota Experimental Center belonging to the UMSA Faculty of Agronomy, to determine the indicators of irrigation uniformity (CU, UD, EA, Ea) and the hydraulic behavior of the installed irrigation system. This evaluation was necessary because the situation of the indicators of uniformity of the irrigation system was unknown, thus making decisions in the management of the irrigation system, for the determination of uniformity indicators, pluviometric tests were carried out by parcel subunits and general evaluations. In parallel, the recording of pressures and flow capacity in the sprinkler was recorded. Through the evaluation carried out it was determined that the application efficiency of the system is 54.62%, the storage efficiency 22.33%, the Christiansen uniformity coefficient 65.41 % and the distribution uniformity 50.61 %. The pressure losses calculated in the first, second and third laterals were 7.01 m.c.a., 6.76 m.c.a., 6.54 m.c.a. respectively, the circulation flow was determined from the relationship between pressure and flow, the type of regime obtained was turbulent because the valué of the discharge exponent was between 0.87 and 0.97, which indicates the sensitivity of the emitter before the pressure change. Using the Surfer program allowed us to interpólate the data and represent them as contour lines, which allowed us to visualize the spatiality of the data, being able to clearly observe the sites with the largest and smallest sheet of water applied during the evaluation events.
