JACINTO ALCAZAR, Maria Elena. Evaluation of three levels of auxins and cytokinins to obtain plant mother of rosa (Rosa sp.) Variety Freedom conditions in vitro. Apthapi [online]. 2018, vol.4, n.2, pp. 1073-1081. ISSN 0102-0304.

Evaluation of three levels of auxins and cytokinins to obtain plant mother of Rosa (Rosa sp.) variety Freedom conditions in vitro was performed at the Faculty of Agronomy-UMSA, the treatments were distributed in a completely randomized design with bivariate, arranged with nine treatments and ten replications, where each treatment was conformed by different levels of concentration of BAP (6-benzyl furan) ANA (naftalenacetico acid). Where it is determined with greater plant height and greater number of leaves made of treatment by the concentration of 0, 1 mg/l of ANA (naftalenacético acid), and 2,5 mg/l BAP (6-benzyl furan), giving an average a height of from 40,34 mm vitroplanta With a number of 8 sheets inaveraged. Same way sprouting percentage is 85,56% percentage of survival 88,89%, percentage of pollution 15.56% and percentage of oxidation 31.11%.
