Strategy Planning as a science and art, is a guide tool, to achieve that a company or organization focused on the Agribusiness, achieve the concretion of its vision in the long term. In itself, it defines a desired future and the means to reach it; And at the same time give the necessary inputs for decision - making. In this sense the Agribusiness, will acquire strategic values such as: knowledge and customer satisfaction, market knowledge, efficiency, innovation, synergy, leadership and competitiveness; Which come to disengage from the strategic approach. The integrality of the criteria, Agribusiness and Strategic Planning, are those that favor the adaptability of both towards the definition of a north with an endorsement, which implies the participation and commitment of all the areas of the company or organization, Administrative, technical and control. On the other hand, it aims to show the best that this has, as far as resources, customers, labor, competitive capacity, among others.
