The lack of high precipitations, during almost the whole year, he/she makes that the dry mount under he/she has a deficit hydric, this is mitigated by means of the excavation of having taken a short cut, for the consumption of the livestock and in some cases for human consumption. The balance hydric of the basin, the study of floors and the quality of the waters indicated us that the area is capable for the cultivation of corn and vegetables, provided a good handling of the resources hydrous is made, by means of watering in the dry time. It was known that the offer of water, during the rainy season, it can cover the demand, if one makes the excavation of more taken a short cut and the humedales conservaron, this by means of a good handling of the cattle raising and the mount diferimiento.
