Abstract The investigation has been made at the Agricultural Company La Colmena S.A., municipality of Pailon, department of Santa Cruz, agricultural company season 2014 -2015. The investigation was to evaluate the effect of the application of different herbicides for weed control in pre planting soybeans (barbecho), where the supply of herbicides was divides into three applications under analysis statistical test "T" Student, for comparison of two treatments (TNA-T0). The evaluation was performed by "escala visual", they were evaluated in field after each sequential application determining the percentage. According to the results: the first sequential application both treatments proved to be equal, verifying a grade of control "none or poor", while the second application the two treatments achieved a grade of control "enough", and finally in the third application the TNA treatment achieve a big difference in weed control with a grade of control "excellent", so it is recommended to use TNA treatment for weed control in soybean pre direct sowing.
