    Abstract

    Abstract This article presents the results of the research developed in the 2013-2016 ma-nagement, following a monitoring of the payment of water and electricity bills in the city of La Paz and El Alto. Based on these results, we will analyze the different causes by which people do their activities at the last minute, for which we take into account different variables such as: sector to which they belong (formal, informal), gender, age and birth order . The main objective is to investigate the causes by which people leave for the last hour the fulfillment of certain obligations.
