    The integration of the morphological subjects of the Medical Career projected into the teaching-learning process, with the application of didactic strategies basedon the trainingbycompetences, helps to improve the understanding of these subjects considered broad and complex. The objective, Integrate the morphological subjects of the Medical Career with the application of didactic foundations by competences. The research is documentary carried out during the 2017 management, an in-depth analysis was carried out on the study programs of the morphological subjects to look for themes and elements of integration between them. Under a qualitative-quantitative approach for the analysis and study of the programs, and surveys that were applied to measure how the teaching-learning process is before and after the application of this model. The results showed that the programmatic contents do not have coherence, the surveys reveal that the teaching is insufficient due to the complexity of the contents and difficulty in their learning, without integration activities. Teachers admit that their subjects are complex, independent, without integrative activities. The conclusions, the model of integration of morphological subjects with the application of didactic strategies by competences, improved the teaching-learning process. The program review showed flaws and lack of coherence in its contents
