SUMMARY The objective of present article, is report the clinic case of Situs Inversus and Chronic Litiasica Cholecystitis, diagnosed in one patient the thirty seven years old, and treated through Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in inverted position, four portsofwork, satisfactory progress without complications, in the Hospital University "San Francisco Xavier" the Sucre.
