Introduction: The present investigation was carried out with the objective of identifying the associated risks in the Dengue disease in patients in the Machareti community, Luis Calvo province, Chuquisaca department, in 2016. Material and Methods: The research was carried out with the Observational Quantitative Approach, using the Transversal Descriptive study type. The population or universe of study is a total of 80 in which only 67 people suspected of getting Dengue participated. According to the data collected from the Epidemiology Unit: Dengue individual registration form, in the Integral Health Center Santa Isabel of the Machareti municipality of Chuquisaca. A selection of patients suspected of presenting Dengue disease from January to May 2016 is made and covers people of both sexes, between <1 year to> 60 years. The sample size is not taken because the population for our study is small. Non-probabilistic sampling was done because the individuals of the population are chosen by personal criteria. It is an Intentional or Convenience Sampling. Results and Conclusions: The risks for the Dengue disease are the water supply, being that the community has a public network, most of the population, due to habit and the varied climate (droughts), means that they do not have water tanks. protected. And the system of garbage collection is by dump truck but there is a disadvantage that it does not collect garbage daily or directly works rarely
