SUMMARY The Hypomelanosis of Ito, formerly called Incontinentia Pigmenti Achromians, is a neuro-cutaneous syndrome, the skin disorder consist of hypopigmented zones with linear patterns Blaschko lines type, and extracutaneous ab-normalities such as central nervous system dysfunction and cognitive impairments , which indicate the existence of a mosaicism. We describe a patient of 4 years and 3 months was transferred to pediatric neurology service of Jaime Mendoza Hospital to present hypopigmented spots all over the body after 7-8 months of age , does not refer heredity and not yet It presents disorders of the central nervous system.
