    SUMMARY: Introduction: The satisfaction of the user is one of the aspects that in terms of evaluation of the health services and quality of care, has been receiving more attention in public health being considered for a little more than a decade one ofthe axesof evaluation of Health services. The present work was carried out in the Health Center of San Lucas and aims to know, what is the satisfaction of external users about the quality of care, because it is important to have knowledge if the external user is or not In accordance with the quality care received at its center. Material and Methods: The methodology used in this treaty was quantitative, of observational type; The analysis was descriptive and transverse temporality. Results: It shows that the users are satisfied with the service received, and there is only a small percentage in which they must still work to gain trust and have a better opinion regarding the image of the service towards theircommunity. Discussion: Being a legal provision within the health services, each of them must work on a part of the quality of care, such as user satisfaction, and in this municipality, efforts are beginning to be noticed, but they must continue to strengthen Its activity of improving the reliability of services.
