SUMMARY: Introduction: In Bolivia, no studies have been found regarding patient satisfaction, which could serve as a starting point for the analysis of this problem. If you have been able to find studies based on experiences of the United States, England and Japan among other countries. The Bolivian State has begun to introduce more insistently to have services with quality of care and especially in one of the elements that are quite important as the satisfaction of the external user. The purpose of this study is to know the degree of patient satisfaction with the health service provided in the town of Presto. Material and Methods: In this way, an observational, descriptive, cross - sectional study was carried out in order to know the satisfaction of the evaluated patient. A sample of 70 patients selected with different criteria of scientific rigor was used. And a questionnaire type form validated by the Ministry of Health and Sports of our country is used. Results: Perception, accessibility, timeliness and infrastructure are valued elements already satisfactorily accepted with more than 87%. Discussion: Language elements, respect for theircustoms, identification of health personnel, must be worked strategically according to the Community and Intercultural Family Health Law. This willalsoallow the integrationofa moresolid way of the health team and the relationships with each of the communities.
