    SUMMARY: Introduction: The health services in our country have begun to emphasize the possibility of achieving a good quality of care in health services, in this way the Bolivian State has prioritized to disaggregate the adjustment of each of the procedures, thus strengthening the Law Of Community and Intercultural Family Health (SAFCI) and to try to empower the inhabitants and their communities as main actors within the health services, forthis reason this work tries to determine the satisfaction of the external user from the 15 years of age on The quality of care provided by the San Pablo Health Center of the Municipality of Huacareta. Material and Methods: This research work has a quantitative, observational, descriptive and cross - sectional approach. The study population is users who are 15 years of age and older who attend the San Pablo health center in the municipality of Huacareta. It surveyed 90 users quantity that was obtained with a 95% reliability. Results: It was observed that the percentages of satisfaction achieved are high above 70%, which mention that the service received is quite adequate. Conclusions: The people who attend the health service of San pablo de Huacareta are satisfied with the care, infrastructure and procedures performed within this service.
