A problem of silent public health to be presented are unwanted in early or advanced age pregnancies, due to the difficulties of gaining access to contraception, this fact motivates us to investigate the characteristics of contraception and family planning in women aged 10 to 19 and from 35 to 44 years old in the municipality of Villa Serrano. using methods and some other aspects that are important it is described. The research methodology that was developed in this study was observational, descriptive, Cutaway, with a sample size of 373 women. The results attract attention more than three-quarters have no access to these methods, have an age of first sexual intercourse before age 20 and have between one to two children and with less than 500 bolivianos income and the that can not be sustained. Leaves little doubt that the programs implemented on sexual and reproductive health are not having their effect despite the historical work that has been done
