Domestic violence is a major problem of public health and social connotation, which has begun to have greater magnitude and severity due to the characteristics of each case and how each is being presented . Yet the population, especially those affected do not have the information on how and where to make complaints and seek support. The work takes into account definitions of risk factors and aspects involved to present this problem. It is important to internalize each of these aspects because the legislation is becoming more specific time, because what matters is that the cases most of them follow a course severity and can provide assistance and guidance to the person attacked. Trying to reach situations not fatal facts where you can no longer do anything for those who have been assaulted. But there are still many cuestionantes and voids, which in the near future may be supplemented especially in order to prevent this from happening again.
