Bolivia from 1980 influenced by Alma Ata, has been showing different models of care for the susceptible population, but with each of them the need for both community networks with health services also corroborated. Standard reference and counterthrough Law Community and Intercultural Family Health is trying to consolidate the patient to be moving swiftly and safely to health services where it has the most appropriate staff, but also counterreferral suggests it means to return to the patient.
