This article presents a revised and up-dated research that encompasses the external physiological and anatomic modifications that a woman undergoes during pregnancy, focusing on surface and functional anatomy af the pregnant wamen. Changes that invalve argans and systems in majar or minar grade and almast without exceptíans, changes that represent as a respanse to adaptatían and bigger metabalic demand in the wamen arganism impased by the faetus We cansider vital establishing what thase madifications and changes are, because since they wíll provide legal bases necessary sustenance far developing af an expert witness testimany in cases af farensic abstetrics and gynecalogy far the main purpase af certifying pregnancy data in rape cases and wrong interpretatian and any ather relevant legal questian that arises tor the Trier af fact in criminal law e.g. medical malpractice, civil litigatían and/ar family law cases.
