The present study is to focus Quantitative Observational and Cross, aims to determine the knowledge of information onprevention, ways oftransmission, reception, habitsand methods ofHIV-AIDS disease thathas the sexually active population of 15-45 years in community-ChuquiChuqui, Chuquisaca Department from July to September 2012, with a sample of 67 individuals who accessed the survey. Were identified: Information on HIV-AIDS prevention, knowledge of the modes of transmission of HIV-AIDS, knowledge of risk factors in a person with HIV-AIDS and the ways and opportunities for receiving information about the HIV prevention. The main results are: young singles (as) receive better information on HIV-AIDS disease which does not go with adults, the most popular form of transmission is sexual risk factors for HIV-AIDS more known and understood are not using a condom during sex, young women and women living in poor socio-economic conditions are a vulnerable group reflecting genderinequalityand vulnerabilitybiology as driving forces of sexually transmitted infections.
