Ebstein's disease is a rare cardiac malformation low implantation consists of the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle (RV), rather than at the atrioventricular ring, this leads to an increased volume of the right atrium at the expense of a reduction of ventricular size on the same side. We report the case of a 17 year old male with this malformation, which meant episodes palpitacionesrecurrentes. After slight effort of stabbing precordial pain associated evolution seconds palpitations maintained for 30 minutes so it was referred to our hospital, we found midsystolic tricuspid murmur grade II / VI left sternal edge in inspiration increases slightly and a diastolic murmur low tone tricuspid tricuspid stenosis. We performed EKG, echocardiogram and chest radiograph and routine laboratory tests. He played in our service that the patient had an episode of supraventricular tachycardia associated with atypical chest algia, was noted using antiarrhythmic agents and specialty referral centerforsurgical resolution oftheircondition.
