It develops a transverse and descriptive type study during the second semester ofthe management 201 0to settle down which the buccal most frequent alterations are in newly born in our mean, specifically in the service ofneonathologyofthe UniversityHospital, Itwascarried out a deep analysis of the alterations found in their histopathology characteristics to specify their diagnosis. 325 were examined newly born who presented Pearls of Epstein, Nodules of Bohn and Cysts of the dental sheet in a percentage of 63% being concluded that these alterations correspond to remains epithelials of the embryonic structures or residuals ofthe dental sheet that remain in the soft fabrics of the maxillary ones. Besides observing in 1.2% the superficial hemangioma being considered a benign tumorations of vascular origin
